My Father Provides

My grandson, Xander, celebrated his first birthday today. His mom and dad made sure that he gets the best for his birthday. The party was held in a newly opened Shakey's parlor with new party room and a play zone to complement the children's party.

Many were invited and because Xander is lovable, he got lots of gifts

At home, when they were opening the gifts, I saw Xander enjoying every gift. The smile in his eyes reminds me of how my heavenly Father also cares for me.

He makes sure that the gifts I need, I will enjoy. He cares for me deeply because He loves me.

That's the same with Xander. His parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and godparents make sure he gets the best there is in life. He provide for and is already set up for success.

That's why I love my heavenly Father. He provides for my needs and sets me up for success too.

I love and enjoy my life.

Life is an adventure,

The Simple Food I Like

Last week, our company gave us an overnight outing at the Camayan Beach Resort in Subic Bay. This was part of our yearly outing. Last year we went to Boracay Beach and that was really fun.

Anyway, going back to Camayan Beach Resort. The place was perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel facilities were very good and the people serving us are very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

But the one thing I really liked was the breakfast menu they served us. There were many selection of foods but I chose the simple one and very native: Scrambled egg, dried anchovies, salted red egg with chopped tomatoes and unions plus a bowl of cereals (reminds me of our breakfast in Australia).
This is my favorite breakfast

That's what I really like to eat for breakfast. Simple and yet filling.

Come to think of it, sometimes the simple things make our life better.

I love food and I love adventure,
